Significant benefits for the RVI We know every NHS trust is different but the work we have done with the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle-upon-Tyne illustrates just one example of the dramatic effect we can make. Following £6 million of PFI investment by Dalkia in a new energy facility, the benefits to the hospital include annual energy cost savings of £485,000 after capital repayment, reduction of CO2 emissions by 10,880 tonnes and exemption from the Climate Change Levy.
